Spotkania z norweskim okręgiem Nordland - Meetings with Nordland county from Norway

Podpisanie umowy partnerskiej planowane jest na czerwiec 2022 r., jednak już teraz w ramach spotkań on-line i wymienianej korespondencji trwają ustalenia dotyczące zakresu i charakteru współpracy w ramach projektu. Określone zostały wymiary i działania w ramach których Miasto Łomża chciałoby wymieniać swoje doświadczenia i zdobywać dobre praktyki. Są to w szczególności:
 - wymiar środowiskowy
- wymiar społeczny
- wymiar edukacyjny.

W spotkaniu w wymiarze edukacyjnym udział wzięły nauczycielki ze szkoły w okręgu Nordland realizujące projekty międzynarodowe, przedstawiciele Departamentu Edukacji i Departamentu Zdrowia Publicznego okręgu Nordland, a także Naczelnik Wydziału Edukacji z Urzędu Miejskiego w Łomży - Paweł Piwowarski.

Spotkanie w wymiarze społecznym dotyczyło w dużej mierze działań realizowanych przez Wydział Kultury, Sportu i Inicjatyw Społecznych Urzędu Miejskiego w Łomży, wyzwań z jakimi się spotykają i sposobów zaangażowania społeczności lokalnej w życie miasta. Uczestniczyły w nim Naczelnik WKS Kornelia Duda i Zastępca Naczelnika WKS Karolina Krzykowska. Ze strony norweskiej udział wzięły osoby z Departamentu Zdrowia Publicznego, z Rady Seniorów i Rady ds. Osób Niepełnosprawnych.

Planowane są kolejne spotkania on-line w poszczególnych wymiarach i wspólna realizacja działań w ramach projektu współfinansowanego ze środków Norweskiego Mechanizmu Finansowego 2014-2021.


On February 9-10, 2022, two on-line meetings of Łomża City were held with a potential Partner of the project "Łomża - the city where I live and work" - the Nordland county. The aim of the meeting was to start process of cooperation and defining its scope.

The signing of the partnership agreement is planned for June 2022, but already some arrangements regarding the scope of cooperation under the project are going on, using through on-line meetings and exchanged correspondence. The dimensions and activities in which the Łomża City would like to exchange its experiences and gain good practices have been defined. These are in particular:
- the environmental dimension
- the social dimension
- the educational dimension.

The meeting in the educational dimension was attended by teachers from the school in the Nordland county, who are implementing international projects, representatives of the Department of Education and the Department of Public Health of the Nordland county, as well as Paweł Piwowarski, the Head of the Department of Education from Łomża City Hall.

The meeting in the social dimension largely concerned the activities carried out by the Department of Culture, Sports and Social Initiatives Łomża City Hall, the challenges they face and the ways of involving the local community in the city's life. It was attended by the Head of the Department Kornelia Duda and the Deputy Head Karolina Krzykowska. From the Norwegian side participated representatives from the Department of Public Health, the Council of Seniors and the Council for Persons with Disabilities.

Further on-line meetings in specific dimensions and joint implementation of activities under the project co-financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 are planned.
